Yoga became an essential part of my life recently. I was always working on my flexibility so this comes to me naturally. I found that stretching improves the elasticity of the muscles, which makes us more agile and supports the health of joint by allowing them the full range of motion. Yoga tremendously helps athletes and even bodybuilders achieve their goals more easy. It also helps weight loss in a gentle natural way. Yoga is a great physical therapy in case of injuries. I found that deep breathing incorporated with it reduces stress and anxiety by stimulating para-sympathetic nervous system. This helps body return to it’s natural balance, and for this reason I commit myself to help people understand the importance of yoga and apply it in their daily lives. Remember, it does not matter how old or flexible you are. I help people all sizes and ages and it makes me extremely happy to see people feel and look better, from kids to 100 years old people.
How it works:
After you make an appointment I will email you a questionnaire to fill out. Questionnaire helps me create a yoga session that will best suit your personality and desired goals.
What to bring to a session:
- Yoga mat (If you don’t have one, I will be happy to provide one for you just let me know in advance)
- Water Bottle
Scheduling a session
Sessions are done in public places as parks, gardens, beaches or via Skype video call, and are scheduled by Pacific Standard Time via the below instant scheduler.

If you live further please email me first specifying the area. In this case there will be an additional charge for the drive time and gas.
When making a payment make sure you specify weather you would like In Person or Skype yoga session.
Length of a session is 60 minutes long.
Payment and Fees:
Single Session is $100
Monthly Package, minimum of 8 Single Sessions, comes with 10% discount.
At the end of each appointment you will be asked to make a payment in full by providing your credit card information. Payment plans, sliding scales and refunds are not offered at this time.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, otherwise you will be charged the full amount of the session.
We can easily set up a video call via Skype. In order to get the most out of your session, I ask that you are able to clearly communicate in English.
